Exciting opportunity to work full time as an account specialist. This position is based at the UNMC Physicians administration building at 3333 Farnam Street, Suite 500, in Omaha. The account specialist is responsible for monitoring accounts to insure collectability of reimbursement and payments from insurance carriers and/or patients for professional fee services.
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of medical or professional fee billing experience, or 2 years of claims examiner experience, plus 1 year of customer service experience

Knowledge of CPT 4 and ICD-9-M CRT/PC experience
